On Saturday night we took Paige and Virginia to their first Christmas party. One of Ben's friends from work was having a little Christmas party and it started at 6, so we decided that we would go and take the girls with us. My mom had bought these adorable personalized Christmas dresses for the girls, so we decided we would dress them in those dresses for the party. It worked out well and everyone was appreciative that we brought them labeled. It was nice to not spend the night telling people who was Paige and who was Virginia. The girls had a great time running around Daniel's house. His floorplan is such that the girls could do laps around the house, which is exactly what they did. So, in turn, it's what Ben and I did. The girls also enjoyed the food, especially the palmiers. When Virginia finally stopped moving, and was held by her daddy, she faded fast, so we decided it was time for us to head home. The girls had a great time and even got to stay up late- they didn't go to bed until 8:30! It was a great time and I'm so glad we decided to go.

How sweet are they?!

In the past week or so the girls have developed a new skill. Virginia figured it out first, but Paige wasn't too far behind her. They've learned how to climb up onto the couch. It's causing some extra work for us because we have to watch them like hawks so that they don't walk right off the edge of the couch, but they love being able to do it. They climb up there and they laugh and laugh. It's so cute to watch! I haven't gotten any pictures of Paige up there yet, but here are a few of Virginia on the couch.
