I don't know if you all will remember but last year I posted about a friend of mine who lost her twin daughters to a genetic disease called SMA. Sydney and Carynne were almost 6 months old when this disease took them. It was one year today that Carynne passed away and one year ago tomorrow that Sydney passed. I think of Brook and Jake often and know that they are getting by. I will actually get to meet them both in 2 and a half weeks.
