Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we went over to Mimi and Pops' house for lunch.  We were joined by Dee, Dude, Grandma D and Rufus.  We had a great time playing in Mimi and Pops' yard, eating lunch and just spending time together.

Mimi let Paige and Virginia put sprinkles on the cupcakes for dessert.  Amazingly the cupcakes did end up with a few sprinkles on them.

For Mother's Day the girls and I made picture bouquets for Mimi, Dee and Grandma D.  Here are the flowers from Grandma D's bouquet.  I got pictures from Todd and my cousins for the bouquets.

We always have a great time when we get together with family.  And we're so lucky that we're able to do it so often.  We're so happy that Paige and Virginia will grow up knowing their grandparents- and even some great-grandparents so well.  They have no idea just how lucky they are, but we'll make sure they do know as they get older.
